Founded in 1973, Olson Properties, Inc. specializes in the
sale or acquisition of tracts of land in the San Antonio area
for retail, office, industrial, apartment, residential subdivision,
and other specialty uses. The company is also involved in
the brokerage and leasing of commercial and industrial properties.
Additionally, Olson Properties specializes in farm and ranch
brokerage throughout the Texas Hill Country, South Texas,
and West Texas.
Olson Properties has developed an extensive database and mapping
system to monitor all the commercial, industrial, office,
retail, apartment, and subdivision land as well as commercial
and industrial properties in the San Antonio area. The system
tracks the ownership, comparable listings, comparable sales
and all features of thousands of commercial properties in
the San Antonio market. The database also monitors property
owners and prospective buyers in the San Antonio area. Olson
Properties is known for offering the most comprehensive and
complete ownership and mapping system in the entire San Antonio
market.
 Although Olson Properties is primarily known for brokerage
of raw land and industrial properties, the company has also
acted as an industrial developer, syndicator, consultant,
and buyer’s agent. Olson Properties represents many prominent
landowners, developers, and lending institutions. For over
30 years, the company has remained one of the leading commercial
real estate brokerage companies in the San Antonio area.

 Carl,
a life long resident of San Antonio, graduated from The University
of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration
degree in 1970. Carl has owned and operated Olson Properties
since 1973. In addition to his brokerage activities, from
1979 to 1987, Carl designed, built, owned, leased, and managed
office-warehouses in San Antonio known as the Center Gate
Circle Office-Warehouses and the 818 Chestnut Street bulk
distribution facility. Carl has been one of the leading REALTORS®
in the San Antonio commercial and industrial markets since
1970. Carl is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of
Texas.

 Carl
graduated from The Business Honors Program at The University
of Texas at Austin in 1998 with a Bachelor of Business Administration
degree in Finance. Prior to graduation from college, Carl
worked at Olson Properties focusing on the development of
the company database and mapping system.
After graduation, Carl joined Greenhill & Co., an investment
banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, advisory
services, and private equity investments in the following
sectors: real estate, financial services, media and telecommunications,
food, beverage and consumer products and technology. Based
in New York City, his responsibilities included valuation,
financial modeling, industry analysis, development of client
presentations and the evaluation of potential investment opportunities.
In July 2001, Carl left Greenhill & Co. and joined Olson
Properties full-time, where he is currently involved in the
sale of commercial properties in San Antonio and surrounding
areas. Carl is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State
of Texas.

 Luke
graduated from Texas Tech University in 2000 with a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Communications and a Minor in Psychology.
Prior to graduation from college, Luke worked at Olson Properties
focusing on land research. Additionally, Luke is a successful
singer/songwriter who has produced four albums and has a large
following in Texas. Through Luke Olson Productions, Luke is
actively involved in the booking and promotion of the Luke
Olson Band which performs on a weekly basis. In January
2001, Luke joined Olson Properties full-time, where he is
currently involved in the sale of commercial properties in
the San Antonio area and farms and ranches throughout Texas.
Luke is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of
Texas.
